New psychological wellbeing survey needs you
By Charlotte Fantelli
A new study examining the mental health of working adults needs participants. The online based study is looking into how we can better understand mental health of workers.
As we have recently reported, mental health help and support in most workplaces today is deemed grossly inadequate. The researchers are looking in depth into mental health and the workplace, by taking part in this study you could help better understanding in this area.
What the researchers say: The purpose of this project is to investigate the psychological well-being of working adults. This project will produce an extensive collection of data exploring how certain variables can or cannot be linked to psychological well-being of working adults. The findings will enhance knowledge of triggers for mental ill health and could prompt preventative interventions in work places for employees who are susceptible to negative psychological symptoms.
If you are a working adult (working more than 16 hours a week) and are happy to take ten minutes to aid this study, please go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/wellbeingresearch where you will be guided through the questions. Closes 13th January.
