Helen Garnett

Helen is an experienced counsellor and therapist who has been in practice since 1997. She works with people with a wide range of problems such as anxiety, depression, relationship and work related problems. 

Qualifications

Completed training in counselling with Cumbria Alcohol and Drug Advisory Service in 1997.

In 2004 completed a 4 year Psycotherapy training with the Cumbria School of Transactional Analysis.  Currently in Advanced Clinical training with Leeds Psychotherapy Training Institute

NLP Master Practitioner and Coach.

Certificate in Supervsion from Leeds Psychotherpy Training Institute
